From April 21 - May 5 2025, is hosting our 2nd Annual Teacher Appreciation Week Contest. This contest raises money for Teacher Ideated Grants for the 2025-26 school year. Last year, this contest raised $3,000!
For the contest, the community can submit 'letters of appreciation' to any of our staff and teachers along with a donation to MAEF. The top 3 teachers from both the Elementary Schools and Upper class schools with the most summed donations will receive prizes - including money to spend for the classroom, giftcards for themselves, and for elementary schools, a pizza party for their class!
To participate:
1. Complete the Google Form and write your message of appreciation
2. Send a Donation to MAEF
Donations can be made via Venmo @Donate-MAEF (listed under Charities), Credit Card at www.maefgrants.org/donate or via Cash by sending an envelope to school labeled "MAEF Contest”. For Cash and Venmo donations, you MUST include parent name, student name, Teacher Name, Grade and School (we can’t track donations without this). Since we are a 501c3, donations above $10 will receive a tax-deductible receipt at the end of the calendar year. Donations above $25 can also receive one of our Support Car Magnets.
