On December 14, 2023 the MAEF hosted a Jazz Night at the Cliffwood Beach Community Center. Many thanks to those who supported the memorable fundraiser where the MRHS jazz band delivered an unforgettable performance including "Ain't No Sunshine." The event, bathed in dimmed lights and an intimate atmosphere, saw the talented young musicians captivating the audience with their soulful renditions. As the brass instruments resonated and the percussion section maintained a rhythmic heartbeat, the band flawlessly navigated through the intricacies of classical tunes. The fundraiser, a resounding success, not only entertained but also raised crucial funds for the Matawan Aberdeen Education Foundation Grant Projects.
